Complete Description

PREMIUM BOND is proud to announce the manufacture of high-quality PVDF ACPs. These ACPs consist of two layers of aluminum skin with different cores such as NORMAL LDPE, PREMIUM PLUS (which benefits from special formulation for LDPE), PREMIUM BOND FR (B), PREMIUMBOND A2, PREMIUMBOND HONEYCOMB core and PREMIUMBOND 3D core. The outer aluminum skin in PVDF panels is coated with PVDF Kynar500 fluorocarbon and; the lower skin is coated by polyester.

PVDF is among the fluorocarbon compounds whose salient features are thermal stability and chemical resistance. This shining fluorocarbon plays significant roles in beautiful and Eye-catching colored metals with amazing capability for protection of color and shinning.

The other coats cause bond breaks, affected by sunlight, rain and pollutant, otherwise PVDF (kynar 500) is resistant against these chemical process over time. Hence, other coats are not capable of competing with kynar against weather conditions and passage of time.

Today PVDF (kynar) shining coats are protecting millions of cultural, industrial, and commercial building facades against weather conditions, pollution, and passage of time.

According to the recent studies, kaynar is still the architects’ primary choice worldwide.

Structures with coating of kynar 500 going back to 40 years ago, still keep their original appearance indicating that coats with PVDF function reliably and enduringly in real world conditions.
