This new product named ALUMINUM 3D (CORRUGATED) COMPOSITE PANEL is developed by PREMIUM BOND for strict requirements of fire retardancy regulations in architectural products. It is produced in a continuous production process, where two cover sheets are glued to a 3D CORRUGATED ALUMINUM sheet.

 

Constructed by 100% aluminum structure, PREMIUM BOND  ALUMINUM 3D (CORRUGATED) COMPOSITE PANEL is combined with extraordinary fireproof performance, lightweight and ease of fabrication of composites makes PREMIUM BOND ALUMINUM 3D (CORRUGATED) COMPOSITE PANEL an architects’ dream.

Especially when PREMIUM BOND ALUMINUM 3D (CORRUGATED) COMPOSITE PANELS are used in large dimensions, high weight reduction can be achieved. Compared with solid aluminum of the same statically performance, PREMIUM BOND 3D ALUMINUM COMPOSITE PANELS reduce weight up to 80 %.

By adjusting the cover sheets, 3D thickness and surface coating the characteristics of the aluminum sandwich panels can be adapted to the particular requirements. Selected alloys and anti-corrosion lacquer even on the inner surface of the sandwich provide high chemical and physical resistance.
