Complete Description

By combining the new technology with customary production technology for NANO ACPs, PREMIUM BOND presents ALUMINUM COMPOSITE PANEL with NANO/SHINING/HIGH GLOSS progress coating. This new generation of ACP has the capability to combine PVDF with NANO and MICRO structures which due to the self-cleaning and non-wet quality, represents a dazzling, shining, and high gloss panel with unique features.

NANO technology changes the anatomy of color molecule and results in extended shining and durability, thus increasing the quality of cladding. This colored cladding surface has NANO lyophobic and hydrophobic properties. A soluble chemical material in water creates these properties by blocking any air holes between very small colored molecules. This material prevents penetration of dust, water, carbon monoacid, oil, fat, and any other suspended particles into the surface of the color.

In some projects, Silicon gasket is used which, in the long run, leaves black spots of rain-drops, so cleaning becomes very difficult and strongly affects the FAÇADE. Now, PREMIUM BOND NANO ACPs solve the problem.

This new technology prevents the dust in the air remains on the surface panel and therefore it will be washed away by the rain-drops, so that the shining cladding of the panel reappears. Therefore, costs of cleaning the facades will be cut down. Due to the benefits of superior NANO technology, outer surface of PREMIUM BOND NANO/ SHINING/ HIGH GLOSS ALUMINUM COMPOSITE PANELS always keep their eye-catching glossiness and brightness features.
